Our three vacation apartments
In the former elementary school of Eemster we realized three vacation apartments in 2023 and 2024. Come stay in the former teachers’ room at the front of the school, the principal’s room on the side or gymnasium at the back.
Whichever apartment you choose, you will stay in a brand-new, modern and sustainable vacation home equipped with all comforts. Each vacation rental has a modern furnished living room with a luxury kitchen. The ground floor of each vacation home has underfloor heating.
The bedrooms have box-spring beds with toppers. The beds are already made for you upon arrival with crisp white linen made of Egyptian cotton that feels wonderfully soft.
If desired, we can add a baby bed and high chair at additional cost.
Each apartment has its own terrace with picnic table and lounge chairs with table and sunshade. In addition, you may use the spacious outdoor area of the school.

A sustainable stay
Our apartments have been sustainably renovated and are completely gas-free. Electricity and hot water come from the sun as much as possible through solar panels on the roof.
