Escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and experience an unforgettable stay in our spacious holiday home, consisting of two charming apartments that are rented together. This characteristic accommodation is located in a former village school, just outside the picturesque Dwingeloo. Together, the apartments can accommodate up to 12 people (+ possibly 3 babies) and are an ideal base for families, groups of friends or multiple families who want to enjoy peace, space and comfort together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Space and comfort for everyone<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The combined apartments have two cozy living rooms and two fully equipped kitchens with modern appliances such as an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and filter coffee maker. There are a total of four bathrooms (two of which are en suite) and several toilets, so that everyone has sufficient comfort and privacy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The spacious garden around the old school invites you to relax and enjoy. Hammocks between the trees, a lawn for a game of football, and the Fikki outdoor oven ensure cozy moments in the open air. For children there is plenty of fun to be had with a trampoline and their own piece of forest to explore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Het Buitenlokaal is located a stone’s throw from the Dwingelderveld National Park and the Drents-Friese Wold – perfect for long walks or bike rides. In the nearby village of Dwingeloo you will find cozy terraces, restaurants and shops. Prefer culture? Then visit the Shakespeare Theatre in Diever or the Colonies of Benevolence in Frederiksoord.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Sustainable and carefree stay<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Upon arrival, the beds are made with luxurious Egyptian cotton bed linen and towels and kitchen linen are ready. The apartments have been sustainably renovated with natural materials, equipped with underfloor heating and energy-efficient lighting. Waste is separated and we use 100% renewable energy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
